“ Char Siew is a big part of my life. Whenever there's a good char Siew recommendation, I'll definitely go try it out. The restaurant is basic. Your typical Chinese style plastic tables and chairs without air con. The premise isn't hot and normally you won't over stay your visit because you just want to get your char Siew fix and leave. Now onto the juicy bit. The char Siew is definitely good, soft and caramelize. The only thing I would complain is how puny they are and how little they give in terms of portion. I ordered a big plate and the portion of char Siew is the same with the small ones. If I were to pay the same amount again, I would rather go to Toast and Roast. Cause that's near my house. But if you do stay near this shop, it's a great choice to get your char Siew fix. ”
